Instructions

  1. Prepare the Filling: In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo wing sauce, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions until everything is evenly mixed.
  2. Assemble the Egg Rolls: Lay one egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with a corner facing towards you. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto the center of the wrapper. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly towards the top corner. Seal the edge with a dab of water to keep the egg roll closed.
  3. Repeat Wrapping: Repeat the assembly process with the remaining wrappers and filling until you have 10 egg rolls.
  4. Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for a few minutes to ensure even cooking.
  5. Cook the Egg Rolls: Lightly spray the egg rolls with olive oil or cooking spray on all sides. Place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not touching. Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking, until the egg rolls are golden brown and crispy.
