Ingredients
Scale
Steak Bites
- 1 ½ lbs. sirloin steak (or your favorite cut of steak)
- ½ Tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Garlic Butter Sauce
- 4 Tablespoons salted butter
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- 1 Tablespoon freshly chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare Steak: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Cut the steak into 1-inch pieces. Place them in a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Toss well to evenly coat the steak bites.
- Air Fry the Steak Bites: Arrange the steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 4 to 6 minutes or until cooked to your preferred doneness. There is no need to flip during cooking.
- Prepare Garlic Butter Sauce: While the steak bites cook, melt the salted butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 to 2 minutes.
- Combine Steak with Sauce: Add Worcestershire sauce and paprika to the skillet, then transfer the cooked steak bites into the skillet. Stir to coat the steak bites thoroughly with the garlic butter sauce for about one minute.
- Serve: Remove from heat and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley if desired. Serve the steak bites immediately while hot and enjoy!
Notes
- Use sirloin or another tender cut of steak for the best results.
- Adjust cooking time depending on preferred steak doneness.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket to ensure even cooking.
- Fresh garlic is key for a flavorful sauce, but garlic powder can be substituted if needed.
- Parsley is optional but adds a fresh flavor and color.
