Description

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine oats, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. Prepare Wet Mixture: In another bowl, whisk together milk, maple syrup, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.
  4. Combine Ingredients: Pour wet mixture into dry ingredients and stir until well combined. Fold in diced apples and nuts if desired.
  5. Bake: Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish, spread evenly, and bake for 35–40 minutes until set and lightly golden.
