Banana Pudding Mixture

- 1/4 cup Butter (melted)
- 10 oz Mini Marshmallows (regular marshmallows chopped smaller if needed)
- 6 cups Crispy Rice Cereal (or cornflakes as an alternative)
Instructions
- Prepare the pudding mixture: In a small bowl, combine the instant banana pudding mix with the milk. Whisk thoroughly until smooth and let it sit for about one minute to thicken up properly.
- Melt butter and marshmallows: In a large pot over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add the mini marshmallows and stir constantly until the marshmallows are fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Add pudding mixture: Pour the thickened banana pudding mixture into the pot with the melted marshmallows. Stir well to combine all ingredients evenly.
- Fold in cereal: Remove the pot from heat, then gently fold in the crispy rice cereal, ensuring every piece is coated with the marshmallow and pudding mixture.
- Press into pan: Grease a 9×13-inch pan, transfer the combined mixture into the pan, and press it down evenly to form a compact layer.
- Cool and serve: Allow the treats to cool completely at room temperature for about one hour until set. Cut into squares and serve.
