  • 1 cup cheddar cheese sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 4 hoagie rolls or sandwich buns
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 cup caramelized onions (optional)
  • Pickles for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F: Mix softened butter, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Spread on hoagie rolls. Toast in the oven for 5–6 mins.
  2. Warm roast beef: Heat in skillet or microwave until warm.
