  • 1 package (3 oz) strawberry-flavored gelatin
  • 1 cup mashed fresh strawberries
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Strawberry Cream Cheese Frosting:

  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1/4 cup mashed strawberries
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour cake pans.
  2. Mix Cake: Combine cake mix, gelatin, mashed strawberries, eggs, oil, water, and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
