Description

A delightful Bruschetta Dip recipe that combines the flavors of cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, garlic, balsamic vinegar, and mozzarella cheese for a perfect appetizer.

For the Bruschetta Dip:

  • 2 cups (300 g) cherry tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup (10 g) fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 ounces (225 g) fresh mozzarella cheese, diced

For serving:

  • toasted baguette slices

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, basil, garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Stir until well mixed.

  3. Gently fold in the diced mozzarella cheese.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.

  5. Serve chilled or at room temperature with toasted baguette slices for dipping.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, roast the tomatoes before dicing.
