Pasta:
- 12 oz penne pasta
Cheeseburger Sauce:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder

- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp mustard
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook Pasta: Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- Cook Ground Beef: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until browned. Remove beef from skillet and set aside.
- Make Cheese Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Add cheddar and Parmesan cheeses, stirring until melted and smooth. Mix in ketchup and mustard for a cheeseburger flavor boost.
