  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 12 oz spaghetti or linguine, cooked according to package instructions

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until fully combined. Form the mixture into small bite-sized balls.
  2. Cook the Chicken Bites: In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter over medium heat. Add the chicken balls and cook, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Make the Creamy Sauce: In the same skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Add heavy cream, chicken broth, and grated Parmesan, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens, about 3-5 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. Combine Chicken and Sauce: Add the cooked chicken balls back into the skillet with the sauce. Stir gently to coat the chicken in the creamy sauce.
  5. Toss with Pasta and Serve: Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the sauce and chicken, mixing well to combine. Serve immediately while hot and creamy.
