Creamy Hot Crab Dip:

- 1/2 cup (120 g) mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup (120 g) sour cream
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 cup (100 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup (50 g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 pound (450 g) lump crab meat, picked over for shells
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- crackers or sliced baguette for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Beat until smooth.
- Add cheeses and crab: Fold in mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and lump crab meat gently. Spread the mixture in a baking dish.
- Bake: Bake for 25–30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Serve: Sprinkle with parsley and serve warm with crackers or baguette slices.
