  • 1/2 cup (120 g) sour cream

  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup (100 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup (50 g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pound (450 g) lump crab meat, picked over for shells
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • crackers or sliced baguette for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Beat until smooth.
  3. Add cheeses and crab: Fold in mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and lump crab meat gently. Spread the mixture in a baking dish.
  4. Bake: Bake for 25–30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  5. Serve: Sprinkle with parsley and serve warm with crackers or baguette slices.
