Delightful and healthy Dark Chocolate & Blueberry Frozen Yogurt Bites that combine creamy Greek yogurt, fresh blueberries, and rich dark chocolate for a refreshing no-bake snack perfect for any time of day.

Yogurt Mixture
- 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
Chocolate Coating
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional, for smoother melting)
Instructions
- Prepare the molds: Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners or use silicone molds to easily remove the frozen bites later.
- Mix the yogurt base: In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Fill molds and add blueberries: Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the yogurt mixture into each mold or liner. Place 3 to 4 fresh blueberries on top of the yogurt in each mold.
- Freeze the yogurt bites: Place the filled molds in the freezer and freeze for 1 hour or until the yogurt is mostly firm.
- Melt the chocolate: While the yogurt bites are freezing, melt the dark chocolate chips along with the coconut oil (if using) in the microwave in 30-second intervals. Stir well after each interval until the chocolate is smooth and completely melted.
- Coat the frozen bites: Remove the yogurt bites from the freezer and drizzle or spoon the melted dark chocolate over each one to create a delicious chocolate coating.
- Final freezing: Return the chocolate-coated yogurt bites to the freezer for another 15 to 20 minutes until the chocolate is fully set and firm.
- Store and serve: Once frozen solid, gently remove the bites from the molds and store them in an airtight container in the freezer. Enjoy straight from the freezer for the best texture and flavor.
Notes
- You can substitute blueberries with raspberries or chopped strawberries for different fruity variations.
- For a dairy-free version, use coconut yogurt and vegan chocolate chips instead of Greek yogurt and traditional dark chocolate chips.
