Description

This Delicious Chicken Alfredo Monkey Bread is a savory and cheesy pull-apart bread perfect for an appetizer or snack. Made with tender shredded chicken, rich Alfredo sauce, and a blend of mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses baked into soft biscuit dough, this recipe offers comforting flavors with an easy-to-make twist that everyone will love.

Ingredients

Scale

Monkey Bread Mixture

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough, quartered
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup prepared Alfredo sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan generously with nonstick spray or butter to prevent sticking and ensure easy removal after baking.
  2. Combine ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, toss together the quartered biscuit dough pieces, shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper evenly.
  3. Add sauce and butter: Pour the prepared Alfredo sauce and melted butter over the mixture and gently toss until all biscuit pieces and chicken are thoroughly coated.
  4. Assemble in bundt pan: Transfer the coated mixture into the greased bundt pan, pressing down lightly to create an even layer for uniform baking.
  5. Bake: Place the bundt pan in the preheated oven and bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the bread is cooked through.
  6. Cool and serve: Allow the monkey bread to rest in the pan for 10 minutes, then carefully invert onto a serving plate. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
