- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup prepared Alfredo sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan generously with nonstick spray or butter to prevent sticking and ensure easy removal after baking.
- Combine ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, toss together the quartered biscuit dough pieces, shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper evenly.
- Add sauce and butter: Pour the prepared Alfredo sauce and melted butter over the mixture and gently toss until all biscuit pieces and chicken are thoroughly coated.
- Assemble in bundt pan: Transfer the coated mixture into the greased bundt pan, pressing down lightly to create an even layer for uniform baking.
- Bake: Place the bundt pan in the preheated oven and bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the bread is cooked through.
- Cool and serve: Allow the monkey bread to rest in the pan for 10 minutes, then carefully invert onto a serving plate. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
