Cheese:

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Garnish:

  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook pasta until al dente; drain.
  3. Sauté onion in olive oil until soft.
  4. Add garlic, zucchini, mushrooms; cook until tender.
  5. Stir in marinara sauce, spices; simmer.
  6. Combine pasta, sauce, ricotta in a bowl.
  7. Layer pasta mixture, cheeses in a baking dish.
