Cheese:
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Garnish:

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook pasta until al dente; drain.
- Sauté onion in olive oil until soft.
- Add garlic, zucchini, mushrooms; cook until tender.
- Stir in marinara sauce, spices; simmer.
