Description

  • Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: In a bowl, mix cornstarch, flour, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken pieces in the mixture.
  2. Fry the Chicken: Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken until golden and crispy. Set aside.
  3. Make the Sauce: In a saucepan, combine orange juice, soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch. Cook until thickened.
  4. Combine and Serve: Toss the chicken in the sauce until coated. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve hot over rice.
