- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: In a bowl, mix cornstarch, flour, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken pieces in the mixture.
- Fry the Chicken: Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken until golden and crispy. Set aside.
- Make the Sauce: In a saucepan, combine orange juice, soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch. Cook until thickened.
- Combine and Serve: Toss the chicken in the sauce until coated. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve hot over rice.
