Pasta:

Salad:
- 3/4 cup chopped dill pickles
- 1/2 cup pickle juice (divided)
- 1/2 cup diced cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
Dressing:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Cook pasta according to package directions, then toss with 1/4 cup pickle juice.
- Prepare Salad: Combine cooled pasta with pickles, cheese, onion, and dill in a bowl.
- Make Dressing: Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, remaining pickle juice, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Combine: Pour dressing over pasta mixture, stir to coat evenly.
- Chill: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
