Description

This Dill Pickle Pasta Salad is a tangy and flavorful twist on traditional pasta salad. It combines tender pasta with crunchy dill pickles, cheddar cheese, and a creamy dressing for a delicious side dish perfect for potlucks and BBQs.

Salad:

  • 3/4 cup chopped dill pickles
  • 1/2 cup pickle juice (divided)
  • 1/2 cup diced cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill

Dressing:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
