  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups fresh spinach (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: squeeze of lemon juice and chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
