Instructions

  1. Sterilize Jars: Prepare a water bath canner and sterilize your jars and lids.
  2. Boil Jam: Bring peach mixture to a full rolling boil, add sugar, and boil hard for 1 minute.
  3. Can Jam: Ladle hot jam into jars, process in a water bath for 10 minutes, and cool.
