  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

For the Toppings:

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
  • ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Prepare the fish: Pat the fish fillets dry and place them in the dish.
  3. Mix seasoning: In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush over the fillets.
