Description

Delicious and healthy fruit popsicles made with fresh mixed fruits and 100% fruit juice, perfect for a refreshing treat for all ages during warm weather or as a nutritious snack.

Ingredients

Scale

Fruit

  • 2 cups fresh mixed fruit (such as strawberries, blueberries, mango, pineapple, or kiwi)

Liquid Ingredients

  • 1 cup 100% fruit juice (orange, apple, or pineapple)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Sweetener (Optional)

  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Fruit: Wash and chop the mixed fresh fruit into small pieces to ensure they fit well in the popsicle molds and blend smoothly.
  2. Blend the Mixture: In a blender, combine half of the chopped fruit with the fruit juice, optional honey or maple syrup, and lemon juice. Blend everything until smooth to create a flavorful base.
  3. Fill the Molds: Evenly divide the remaining chopped fruit into popsicle molds, then pour the blended fruit juice mixture over the chopped fruit, filling each mold to the top.
  4. Insert Sticks and Freeze: Place popsicle sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4 to 6 hours until completely solid.
  5. Unmold and Serve: To remove the popsicles, run warm water briefly over the outside of the molds to loosen them. Serve immediately and enjoy a refreshing healthy treat.

Notes

  • You can mix and match different fruits to create a variety of flavor combinations.
  • For a creamy version, replace half of the fruit juice with coconut milk or yogurt.
  • These popsicles are an excellent snack for kids, summer parties, or post-workout refreshments.
