- 2 cups fresh mixed fruit (such as strawberries, blueberries, mango, pineapple, or kiwi)
Liquid Ingredients
- 1 cup 100% fruit juice (orange, apple, or pineapple)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Sweetener (Optional)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
Instructions
- Prepare the Fruit: Wash and chop the mixed fresh fruit into small pieces to ensure they fit well in the popsicle molds and blend smoothly.
- Blend the Mixture: In a blender, combine half of the chopped fruit with the fruit juice, optional honey or maple syrup, and lemon juice. Blend everything until smooth to create a flavorful base.
- Fill the Molds: Evenly divide the remaining chopped fruit into popsicle molds, then pour the blended fruit juice mixture over the chopped fruit, filling each mold to the top.
- Insert Sticks and Freeze: Place popsicle sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4 to 6 hours until completely solid.
- Unmold and Serve: To remove the popsicles, run warm water briefly over the outside of the molds to loosen them. Serve immediately and enjoy a refreshing healthy treat.
