Instructions

  1. Season the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts evenly with salt, black pepper, and paprika to enhance the flavor before cooking.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5 to 6 minutes per side until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken from the skillet and keep warm covered loosely with foil.
