Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Brussels Sprouts: In a large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning until evenly coated.
- Roast: Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on the baking sheet, cut side down. Roast for 20–25 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until tender and golden brown.
- Add Parmesan: Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Toss gently to combine.
- Serve: Serve the roasted Brussels sprouts warm, with a squeeze of lemon juice if desired.
