  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • ½ cup beef broth or water
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil: In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil.
