  • 1 large ripe avocado

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 24 round tortilla chips or cucumber slices

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mash the avocado with lime juice until smooth but slightly chunky. Stir in the minced garlic, red onion, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
