Chicken:
- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken drumsticks

- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped

Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: Combine harissa paste, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, smoked paprika, coriander, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Rub marinade over chicken pieces, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
