  • Juice of 7 lemons
  • 3–4 cups sparkling water (or still water)

  • Optional: ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Blend Ingredients: Add the cucumber chunks, water, liquid honey, and freshly squeezed lemon juice to your blender. Blend on high speed until the mixture is very smooth, ensuring the flavors are well combined.
  2. Strain Mixture: Pour the blended cucumber mixture through a fine strainer or sieve into a large pitcher to remove any pulp, resulting in a smoother lemonade.
  3. Add Sparkling Water: Stir in 3 to 4 cups of sparkling water (or still water if preferred) into the pitcher. Add some lemon and cucumber slices along with ice if desired, to chill and enhance the appearance.
  4. Serve: Pour the cucumber lemonade into glasses rimmed with sugar if you like a touch of extra sweetness. Garnish each glass with a few lemon and cucumber slices and serve with fun paper straws for a festive touch.
