  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

For the Creamy Garlic Herb Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup (240 ml) chicken broth
  • 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup (25 g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Herb-Roasted Chicken: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Rub chicken with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, rosemary, and parsley. Roast for 35–40 minutes.
  2. Make the Creamy Garlic Herb Sauce: Melt butter in a skillet, sauté garlic, whisk in flour, pour in chicken broth, add cream, Dijon mustard, Parmesan cheese, and simmer until thickened.
  3. Combine and Serve: Return chicken to skillet, coat with sauce, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
