- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken drumsticks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
For the Creamy Garlic Herb Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 cup (240 ml) chicken broth
- 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup (25 g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Prepare the Herb-Roasted Chicken: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Rub chicken with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, rosemary, and parsley. Roast for 35–40 minutes.
- Make the Creamy Garlic Herb Sauce: Melt butter in a skillet, sauté garlic, whisk in flour, pour in chicken broth, add cream, Dijon mustard, Parmesan cheese, and simmer until thickened.
- Combine and Serve: Return chicken to skillet, coat with sauce, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
