Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and prepare muffin tin: Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Prepare cupcake batter: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, vanilla, milk, and honey. Fold in diced peaches. Divide batter among muffin cups.
  3. Bake: Bake for 18–20 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool completely.
