- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Peach slices for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare muffin tin: Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
- Prepare cupcake batter: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, vanilla, milk, and honey. Fold in diced peaches. Divide batter among muffin cups.
- Bake: Bake for 18–20 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool completely.
- Make cream cheese frosting: Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar, honey, and vanilla until creamy.
- Frost cupcakes: Frost cooled cupcakes and garnish with peach slices if desired.
