Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss cauliflower: In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Roast cauliflower: Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crisp on the edges.
- Prepare hot honey glaze: While the cauliflower roasts, mix together honey, hot sauce, apple cider vinegar, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl.
- Glaze and serve: Remove the roasted cauliflower from the oven and drizzle with the hot honey glaze while still warm. Toss gently to coat and serve immediately.
