  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl or jar, combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, water, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey, and minced garlic. Add oregano, basil, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Whisk or shake vigorously until fully emulsified. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  3. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 week. Shake well before each use.
