Wrap & Filling
- 1 large flour tortilla
- 1/2 cup cooked macaroni and cheese
- 1 cooked beef burger patty (or 1/4 lb ground beef, cooked and seasoned)
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 slices cooked bacon (optional)
- 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce or ketchup
- 2–3 pickle slices
- 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 slice tomato (optional)
For Grilling
- 1 teaspoon butter or oil
Instructions
- Assemble the wrap: Lay the tortilla flat on a clean surface. In the center, layer the cooked burger patty, macaroni and cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, cooked bacon if using, barbecue sauce or ketchup, pickle slices, shredded lettuce, and tomato slice.
- Fold and roll: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly into a wrap to secure all the fillings inside.
- Heat skillet: Place a skillet over medium heat and add the butter or oil so it melts and coats the pan evenly.
- Grill the wrap: Place the wrap seam-side down in the skillet. Grill for 2–3 minutes on each side until the wrap is golden brown and the cheese inside has melted thoroughly.
- Serve: Remove the wrap from the pan, slice in half if desired, and serve warm for the best taste and texture.
Notes
- Swap the beef burger for a veggie patty to make this wrap vegetarian.
- Try spicy macaroni and cheese or add jalapeños to give the wrap a spicy kick.
