Description

This refreshing Mango Strawberry Sunrise Frappuccino combines tropical mango and sweet strawberries with creamy coconut milk and a hint of honey, creating a vibrant and delicious blended beverage perfect for summer or any time you crave a cool, fruity treat.

Ingredients

Scale

Fruit

  • 2 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

Liquids

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup coconut milk (or regular milk)

Sweeteners

  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup

Others

  • 1 cup ice
  • Whipped cream for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend Mango Mixture: Add the frozen mango, half of the orange juice, half of the coconut milk, 1 tablespoon honey, and half of the ice to a blender. Blend until smooth and pour into glasses, filling each halfway.
  2. Prepare Strawberry Mixture: Rinse the blender to remove any mango residue. Then add the frozen strawberries, the remaining orange juice, the remaining coconut milk, 1 tablespoon honey, and the rest of the ice. Blend until smooth.
  3. Create Sunrise Effect: Slowly pour the strawberry mixture over the mango mixture in the glasses to create a layered sunrise effect.
  4. Optional Topping: If desired, top with whipped cream to add extra creaminess and garnish. Serve immediately for best texture and flavor.

Notes

  • For a creamier texture, replace coconut milk with coconut cream.
  • You can adjust sweetness to taste by adding more or less honey or agave syrup.
  • To make this recipe dairy-free, use plant-based whipped cream or omit the whipped cream topping altogether.
