Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the Base: In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper until smooth.
