Description

  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes, chop the spinach, and mince the garlic to have all your ingredients ready for cooking.
  2. Cook Ground Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground chicken, season with salt, pepper, and dried oregano. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
  3. Add Garlic: Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant, taking care not to burn the garlic.
  4. Add Tomatoes and Olives: Add the halved cherry tomatoes and sliced black olives to the skillet. Cook for another 3-4 minutes to allow the tomatoes to soften slightly and flavors to meld.
  5. Add Spinach: Stir in the chopped spinach and cook for 2-3 minutes until the spinach is wilted and tender. Then remove the skillet from heat.
