Instructions
- Prepare the dough: Combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Mix wet ingredients separately and add to dry, kneading into a soft dough. Let rise for an hour.
- Make the peach filling: Cook peaches, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and cornstarch until thickened. Cool.
