Graham Cracker Crust:

- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 325°F. Line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
- Prepare Crust: In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Make Filling: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and 3/4 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and sour cream until smooth.
- Assemble: Pour the filling over the crust and spread it evenly.
- Bake: Bake for 35–40 minutes until edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
- Cool and Chill: Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing.
