  • 1 whole head garlic

  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Toppings:

  • 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or basil (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Roast Garlic: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice top off garlic head, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, roast for 35–40 minutes. Squeeze roasted garlic into bowl and mash.
  2. Make Sauce: Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in flour, whisk in milk, cook until thick. Stir in Parmesan, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and mashed roasted garlic. Mix until smooth.
  3. Prepare Pizza: Roll out dough, spread garlic sauce. Top with chicken, mozzarella, red onion. Brush edges with olive oil.
  4. Bake: Bake at 475°F (245°C) for 12–15 minutes until golden and bubbly. Garnish with parsley or basil.
