Pizza Dough:
- 1 pound pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
Roasted Garlic White Sauce:
- 1 whole head garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (plus more for brushing)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Toppings:
- 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or basil (for garnish)
Instructions
- Roast Garlic: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice top off garlic head, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, roast for 35–40 minutes. Squeeze roasted garlic into bowl and mash.
- Make Sauce: Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in flour, whisk in milk, cook until thick. Stir in Parmesan, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and mashed roasted garlic. Mix until smooth.
- Prepare Pizza: Roll out dough, spread garlic sauce. Top with chicken, mozzarella, red onion. Brush edges with olive oil.
- Bake: Bake at 475°F (245°C) for 12–15 minutes until golden and bubbly. Garnish with parsley or basil.

- Use store-bought rotisserie chicken for convenience.
