Instructions

- Cook the Pancakes: Heat butter or oil in a skillet. Drop batter into the skillet, flatten, and cook for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Serve: Transfer cooked boxty to a paper towel–lined plate and keep warm. Serve hot with preferred toppings or as part of an Irish breakfast.
