Ingredients
Scale
Crust
- 2 packages crescent roll dough
Spread
- 2 packages cream cheese (8oz/250g each), softened
- 1 package Ranch dressing mix (28g)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
Toppings
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to prepare for baking the crescent roll crust.
- Prepare Crust: Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a cookie sheet. Pinch the seams together to form one large rectangular crust, and pinch the edges to create a defined crust border.
- Bake Crust: Bake the crust in the oven for about 12 minutes or until it turns golden brown. Once done, remove it and let it cool completely before adding toppings.
- Make Spread: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, and mayonnaise. Using an electric mixer on low speed, blend the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
- Apply Spread: Evenly spread the creamy ranch mixture over the cooled baked crust, covering the surface completely.
- Add Vegetables: Arrange the fresh cauliflower florets, broccoli florets, sliced green onions, and halved cherry tomatoes evenly over the cream cheese spread.
- Top with Cheese: Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese generously over the layered vegetables to add flavor and texture.
- Serve: Cut the vegetable pizza into slices and serve cold. Store leftovers refrigerated to maintain freshness.
Notes
- Allow the crust to cool completely before spreading the cream cheese mixture to prevent it from melting.
- This vegetable pizza is best served cold or at room temperature.
- Feel free to substitute or add other fresh vegetables such as bell peppers or cucumbers for added variety.
- Refrigerate leftovers and consume within 2-3 days for optimal freshness.
- For a sharper flavor, use extra-sharp cheddar cheese or mix with mozzarella.
