Ingredients
Scale
For the Chicken Wings
- 20-25 chicken wings
- 1 teaspoon Lawry’s seasoned salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Lawry’s garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
For the Alfredo Sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 3 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure it reaches the ideal temperature for baking the wings to crispy perfection.
- Prepare the Chicken Wings: Clean the chicken wings thoroughly. In a large bowl, season them evenly with Lawry’s seasoned salt, garlic salt, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, paprika, and baking powder. Place the wings spaced out on a cooling rack set over a baking sheet to allow air circulation for maximum crispness.
- Bake the Wings: Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, flip them over and continue baking for another 20 minutes. Flip once more and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
- Prepare the Alfredo Sauce: While the wings bake, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Gradually whisk in the heavy cream along with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Finish the Sauce: Remove the sauce from heat and stir in the shredded Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Toss and Serve: Once wings are cooked and crispy, transfer them into a large mixing bowl. Pour the Alfredo sauce over the wings and toss well to coat each wing evenly. Serve immediately while hot.
Notes
- Using baking powder helps to crisp the skin of the wings during baking.
- Ensure wings are spaced out on the rack for even crisping.
- For extra flavor, you can add freshly chopped parsley or basil to the Alfredo sauce before serving.
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best sauce texture and flavor.
- Leftover wings can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days but are best enjoyed fresh.
