Instructions
- Make the dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, lime juice, grated ginger, and minced garlic until fully combined to create a flavorful sesame dressing.
- Combine the salad ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, add the napa cabbage, romaine lettuce, shredded carrots, red bell pepper, mandarin oranges, green onions, and cilantro. Toss these ingredients gently to mix.
