Instructions

  1. Brew Coffee: Brew your espresso or a strong coffee using your preferred method such as an espresso machine, coffee maker, or French press. Pour the hot coffee into your mug to provide a rich and robust coffee base for the latte.
  2. Warm and Froth Milk: Warm the unsweetened almond milk until it reaches about 150°F (65°C), ensuring it is steaming hot but not scalded to preserve a creamy flavor. Use a milk frother to froth the milk until velvety and creamy. If you don’t have a frother, heat the milk in the microwave for 1 minute and then use a handheld frother or steam wand to create foam.
  3. Add Cinnamon Dolce Syrup: Stir 1 to 2 tablespoons (15 to 30 ml) of homemade cinnamon dolce syrup into the hot brewed coffee. Adjust the syrup quantity to your taste for the perfect balance of sweetness and spice.
