Coat the Cereal: Place the rice Chex cereal into a large mixing bowl. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the cereal and gently stir until every piece is evenly coated with the chocolate-peanut butter mixture.
Apply Powdered Sugar: Divide the coated cereal mix into two batches.
