  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced

  3. Prepare Cherry Tomatoes: While the bagels are toasting, toss the halved cherry tomatoes with the extra virgin olive oil and the remaining teaspoon of Italian seasoning. This will enhance their flavor and softness when added to the bagels.
