- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare two baking sheets by spraying them with non-stick spray to prevent sticking.
- Prepare Flatbreads: Place two flatbreads on each baking sheet. Spray the tops of each flatbread lightly with non-stick spray to help the toppings adhere and to crisp the surface.
- Add Garlic: Distribute one teaspoon of minced garlic evenly over the top of each flatbread, spreading it out to cover the surface for a flavorful base.
- Add Cheese and Tomatoes: Evenly sprinkle half a cup of shredded mozzarella cheese over each flatbread. Top the cheese with four thin slices of Roma tomato for freshness and juiciness.
- Add Basil and Seasoning: Scatter one to two tablespoons of chiffonade basil strips over the tomatoes. Season the flatbreads with salt and pepper to taste, then sprinkle one tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese evenly over each pizza for added flavor and a golden crust.
