- Blend: Puree the mixture until completely smooth to ensure a consistent texture for the popsicles.
- Adjust Sweetness: Taste the mixture and add additional honey or lemon juice as needed to suit your preference, then blend briefly again if any adjustment is made.
- Fill the Popsicle Molds: Using a funnel if you have one, carefully pour the blended mixture into the popsicle molds.
- Insert Sticks and Cover: Place the lids on the molds and insert the popsicle sticks securely into each mold.
- Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer for 3 to 4 hours or until the popsicles are fully solidified.
- Enjoy: Once frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds and enjoy this refreshing homemade treat.
Notes
- You can adjust the sweetness based on your taste preference by varying the amount of honey or agave.
- If using frozen strawberries, make sure they are fully thawed before blending to get a smooth texture.
- Use fresh lemon juice for the brightest, freshest flavor.
- To easily remove the popsicles from molds, run warm water over the outside of the mold just for a few seconds.
- Storage: Keep leftover popsicles in the freezer in an airtight container for up to one week for optimal freshness.
