- Blend the base: In a blender or food processor, combine the soaked cashews, roasted red peppers, minced garlic, fresh lemon juice, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy, forming the flavorful base of the dip.
- Combine ingredients: Transfer the blended cashew mixture into a mixing bowl. Gently fold in the chopped artichoke hearts, sliced black olives, and chopped fresh basil until evenly incorporated.
